Aside from Facebook and autotune, mashups and remixes are probably just as much as definable icons of this generation. Thanks to our technological age and blatant disregard for copyright laws, images and sounds from here, there, and everywhere can be edited in the hands of creative talents (with a lot of time on their hands) and turn them into something completely different than its original version.
